In May 2020, Facebook made it much easier to get approved for product tagging and shopping on both Facebook and Instagram. All you need to do is create a Facebook Business Manager Account (it just takes a few minutes and we'll show you how) and we'll take care of the rest. Start tagging your posts and your audience will be able to click and buy. Your buyers will be checking out on your DermPRO Store.
Here is what this Social Shopping and Product Tagging service will provide for your practice, and how it works.
Facebook and Instagram Shopping are set up via one single process.
We'll create a product catalog and submit it to Facebook/Instagram for approval. Once approved, which can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days, you will be able to tag products in your Facebook and Instagram posts. Your Shop listings display information pulled from your store, such as the item's image, name, price, and short description. A View On Website button links directly your DermPRO online store.

Fees
This service includes a monthly maintenance fee, which ensures that we will keep your social catalog in sync with your online store. Monthly maintenance includes:
- Items and pricing from your DermPRO store are synched to your Social Shops daily. This ensures that your promoted, short-term, new items, etc are synched with your social shops.
- DermPRO automatically handles ongoing updates to keep up with Facebook's constant structural changes
- Ongoing assistance with submitting items to be reviewed by Facebook, or other questions about your Social shops are covered by the maintenance fee.
Important
Facebook/Instagram shopping involves a review and approval process over which DermPRO has no control. Certain individual products and services will not be approved for tagging. Facebook has policies against selling Gift Cards and medical services and products. While their policies are not consistently enforced, you may not be able to sell/tag products with certain ingredients or some services you sell on your store.
