Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, your patients who use Amazon (and let's face it, who doesn't?) can choose to pay with their stored payment methods from their Amazon account. Offering an AmazonPay option can increase customer trust and convenience.

PayPal

Make it easy for your customers to checkout with a payment method they know and trust. PayPal currently has 286 million active users. In fact, 87.5% of all online buyers use PayPal.

Zip, a buy now, pay later (BNPL) service

Zip will give your customers the option to pay in 4 installments spread over 6 weeks, interest free. For your patients, that means zero interest, no hard credit check, and no credit impact. For your practice, that means you get paid up front by Zip, and Zip will absorb the risk and fraud liability.

The BNPL industry has exploded over the past decade and purchasers have flocked to these services, especially as online shopping has soared during the pandemic. Also, 80% of Zip purchasers are Millennials, so this is an important feature to consider if your practice serves Millennials.

How these payment options work on your store

The add-on payment options will be displayed in addition to the Credit Card payment option which uses your BluePay merchant account. The add-on payment methods are not eligible to be used for orders that include: Memberships, Auto-Replenish Products, or Gift Cards.

If Amazon Pay, PayPal or Zip payment option is selected, your patient will be led through external screens on the appropriate payment app, and then will be directed back to your store's order success page.

Accounts

If you'd like to add Zip, we'll put you in touch with a Zip account specialist who will get you signed up for a Zip merchant services agreement at a specially-negotiated DermPRO rate that is lower than Zip's standard transaction fee for sellers. Whenever Zip is used on your store, you'll get paid immediately by Zip, less the transaction fee.

If you'd like to add Amazon Pay or PayPal, you will provide us with account keys that will enable us to integrate those accounts with your store. We will provide you more information once you sign up.
